How To Get YOUR Fashion Line in New York Fashion Week as a NEW Designer

As a new designer, we know firsthand how eager you are to see your line succeed, get it seen by millions of people, and even watch it walk down the runway at New York Fashion Week. However we’re here to tell you your dreams are not too far-fetched and our clients are here to prove it.

Did you know that our founder, Christine Daal, is a Brand Ambassador for the most recognized indie fashion designer show at New York Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week? Yes that’s right. Because of her large social media presence, we’re able to partner with platforms like Flying Solo and offer amazing opportunities to our clients.

On February 13th, Flying Solo hosted it’s biannual New York Fashion Week in the heart of New York City, on the rooftop of 433 Broadway Main. The show included numerous brands ranging from women’s ready to wear, swim, kidswear, and more. The looks were tremendous and this season the event was even more special considering our long-term clients Eva La Cuz and Bomba Bambola joined the show and surely made it one to remember.

New York Fashion Week: Bomba Bambola

Here are a few of our favorite looks from Bomba Bambola which is a luxury swimwear brand made in California.  They are one of our long term clients. We helped start- to-finish develop the line, grow their email and social media following, connect them with manufacturers and suppliers, and we even designed their signature Paradise Print! This was their first year at New York Fashion Week.

Here are a few of our favorite shots:

You have done wonderful work on both the product and digital side. Love the way everything has turned out; I am not easy to please and you by far surpassed my expectations. Jennifer, founder and creator at Eva La Cuz,  has also benefited from some of our Digital Marketing services including content creation.

However don’t believe us! Hear what she had to say:

We recently hired Mariah from the FAW team for Instagram content service. We were so happy with the results and how beautifully it turned out. She helped us craft the right wording for our audience paired with the perfect imagery. It looks so professional. If you are serious about fashion and building your Instagram the right way, you should definitely sigNew York Fashion Week 100k-1kn up for the IG Starter Pack too!” — Jennifer Ladd
